Buddy is a sweet-natured Miniature Paint Horse, and has one blue eye! Buddy was born in Petaluma in 1996. He moved to Placerville in 2000. Now he has a job at RHLC helping disabled children and adults learn to "drive" his cart. Because of his height, he can be brushed and interact with people in wheelchairs. Everyone loves Buddy!
